Each moment presents itself in exactly the perfect way, each moment a gift of realization and expansion. Teaching classes that are inspired by Anusara, Shakti Lila and blended yoga styles. To be supported by yoga that is a celebration with elegant alignments, to weave elements of personal experience, expression, compassion and ancient wisdom into the classes, to communicate playful expression from the heart, so that students can connect with their innate joy and goodness is the vision of The Willows.
