Yoga Viva! is a celebration. This intimate studio stands in a beautiful garden setting just off Encinitas Blvd.

The word Viva! in Portuguese means “alive!” or “a shot out of joy!” Yoga Viva! is an invitation for an open conversation. As my teacher Douglas Brooks says: “The question is never whether we are practicing yoga but rather are we practicing yoga well.” The process of yoga as life itself, it is an unfinished process… no matter what you are doing, you will always have infinite possibilities to align with the current, with the flow of Supreme Consciousness.
Yoga Viva! is inspired in the life affirming Shiva-Shakti Philosophy and it is fun, dynamic and vital!
